If you’re ready to make an impact and drive innovation with our Test Engineering Team, apply now and be part of something extraordinary! **JOB SUMMARY** The Test Resources Supervisor will plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing test support products and services for internal and external customers. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** + Protect, preserve, and enhance assets of the company that are temporarily entrusted to you, but do not belong to you. + Implement organizational objectives through individual contributors. + Develop technical experts via 1:1’s and work assignments. + Build a pipeline of technical experts. + Directs the staff of test resources personnel to ensure fabrication and repairs meet company standards and objectives. May develop standard work, guidelines, and procedures as needed. + Supervise and conduct repairs of equipment from vendors, production, CRR, and engineering to ensure quality repairs, minimized downtime, and allocation of equipment. Ensure personnel performing repairs and prioritizing the workflow to meet customer and production requirements. + Assigns tests to be performed, compiles performance and technical data, and may make recommendations for changes to testing equipment, procedures, and manufacturing processes in support of Test Engineering. May assist in the evaluation discussions for purchasing test equipment. + Acts as a technical resource for Production/CRR Test Technicians. Assist production in meeting their goals by supporting with equipment and test needs. Ensure availability of resources in direct support of manufacturing. + Assist Management with budget planning and new equipment planning for facility related to production of product and other material needs. + Conduct Calibration and Maintenance oversight for area focals providing guidance and policy. + Monitor and procure appropriate repair parts and supplies with fiscal responsibility. + Align team with the policies and procedures to support the AES values and behaviors. + Make real-time, urgent, and frequent decisions that impact flow of business. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **Education/Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in related technical field preferred. + Demonstrates technical competence and direct supervisory/lead experience in a related field. Typically, 3+ years of proficiency in the essential functions of the role, as demonstrated through relevant skills or practical experience. + Direct Supervisor/Lead experience with demonstrated people management skills and abilities. Technical experience in the essential functions of the position with demonstrated competency regarding risks associated with high power systems. + Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic components and equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. + Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. + Experience with Office suite software. **ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS** + Must be a US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible + An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check. Applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment **Salary range for this position is $86,430 - $129,645 per year.** Several job-related and non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience in comparable roles, skill sets, training, education, licensure or certifications, other qualifications, market conditions and business needs influence actual salary offered.
