JR60806 TEST SOLUTIONS ENGINEERAs a Test Solutions Engineering – Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will develop, debug and maintain test programs that enable the testing of advanced NAND memory devices. Your focus would be on high speed test functional (wafer level/package level). You will be responsible for 1st silicon through High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
Responsibilities and Tasks
Define requirements for Test Plans including, but not limited to hardware requirements, defect coverage, process flow, and test times.
Ensure all test programs, scripts, and any other software adhere to the release quality standards and processSupport customer and internal audits.device yield, reliability and quality through test condition optimization, advanced redundancy analysis schemes, data analysis and test equipment hardware optimizationCommunicate effectively with both internal and external customersImplement Solutions to Issues Related to Probe and Test processes in a Timely Manner
Investigate and identify root cause of equipment and process parameter shiftsAssist process and production teams by providing necessary engineering expertise to ensure smooth manufacturing operationsSupport process excursion activities including identification, containment, notification, and implementation of corrective actions

Requirements:
