Responsibilities: + Perform test, tune, and troubleshoot of mid-range to highly complex military RF microwave hybrid assemblies. + Conduct testing over temperature, during vibration, and mechanical shock. + Utilize state-of-the-art standard, specialized, manual, and automated test equipment. + Retrieve test procedures, assembly drawings, and schematics using computers. + Perform electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks. + Use standard electronic assembly tools and materials. + Collaborate with RF Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering to develop procedures and troubleshoot products. Basic Required Qualifications: + Previous experience in testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF Microwave Hybrid assemblies. + Familiarity with RF equipment: RF Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Analyzer, Oscilloscope, RF Power Meters, and Network Analyzers. + Ability to work under a microscope and use hand tools (torque drivers, tweezers, etc.). + Strong computer skills for retrieving drawings and work instructions. + Experience with computer-driven mechanical vibration equipment. + Soldering components in accordance with J-STD-001. + Data analysis of RF Microwave test data. + Writing test procedures and troubleshooting from schematics. + Familiarity with working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment. + High School Diploma required (no bachelor’s degree required).
