Test Technician
**Test Technician** **Job Description** Operate electronic testing equipment and apply testing procedures to manufactured electrical products, including PWB board assemblies and final assemblies. Test, troubleshoot, and repair power supplies, and report results based on established standards. Respond to work order requests and document test data. **Responsibilities** + Operate electronic testing equipment and apply testing procedures to manufactured electrical products (PWB board assemblies and final assemblies). + Troubleshoot, test, and repair power supplies. + Respond to work order requests. + Document test data. + Troubleshoot to the component level. + Work with engineers to determine root cause when products do not pass. + Record pass/fail results. + Follow test procedures provided by engineering (AT, ESS, Hi-Pot, loads, thermal cycles, vibration, etc.). + Comply with ESD and FOD requirements. + Work with the master schedule. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical skills + Schematic reading + Oscilloscope usage + Blueprint reading + Wiring + Troubleshooting + Experience with power supplies (DC/DC, AC/DC) + PWB, PCB repair + Test equipment usage + AS9100 knowledge + Aerospace experience + Converters + IPC standards + RMA processing + Thermal cycling + Hi-Pot testing + Voltage testing + Military standards (Mil) + Electrical and electronics knowledge + JSTD certification **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in power supply testing and troubleshooting. + Strong electronics experience. + Familiarity with test equipment. + Good math and analytical skills. + Strong mechanical aptitude. **Why Work Here?** Once direct, employees receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, along with a 401k plan.
