Job Title: Electronics Test Technician- South Windsor, CT Job Description Perform system integration, validation, and testing of finished products prior to shipment. Diagnose and estimate repairs for customer machines. Provide detailed feedback on quality and performance issues identified during testing. Troubleshoot electrical circuitry using electrical test equipment. Collaborate with engineering to test products and resolve problems during assembly and repair. Follow and provide feedback on written procedures and test plans. Responsibilities + Perform system integration, validation, and testing of finished products prior to shipment + Diagnose and estimate repairs for customer machines + Provide detailed feedback on quality and performance issues identified during testing + Troubleshoot electrical circuitry using electrical test equipment + Collaborate with engineering to test products by hand, mechanically or electrically, and resolve problems during assembly and repair + Follow and provide feedback on written procedures and test plans Essential Skills + Experience with test equipment + Electrical troubleshooting + Knowledge of wiring, motors, AC/DC systems + System integration and validation + Understanding of GD&T, control panels, and embedded systems + Minimum two years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and testing Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate's degree in Engineering preferred + Hands-on hobbies such as working on cars, tinkering, building, etc. Work Environment Small team in South Windsor, CT. Manufacturing/production floor environment. Work closely with one other lead technician and assembly team. Liaise with the Engineering department. Work hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
