Job Description
The individual will be involved in performing final testing and troubleshooting of machines on the Urinalysis line. They will be responsible for checking for any deficiencies and ensuring final quality control before the machines are sent out for shipment. The role requires reading schematics and SOPs on a daily basis, maintaining good GDP practices, and the ability to stand for 9 hours.
ResponsibilitiesPerform final testing and troubleshooting of machines on the Urinalysis line.Check for deficiencies and ensure final quality control before shipment.Read and interpret schematics and SOPs daily.Maintain good GDP practices.Use hand tools for assembly, repair, calibration, and wiring.Conduct electrical testing and quality assurance.Inspect and ensure quality control of assembled machines.Essential Skills2-4 years of electrical testing and troubleshooting in a manufacturing role.Experience following GDP-documented procedures.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Device History Record (DHR) filling.Ability to use hand tools such as torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills.Proficiency with electronic testing equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.Ability to read and write in English.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have a 2-Year AA degree.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Regulated manufacturing environment with clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit work areas. The position involves 80% standing at a workstation, 10% walking, and up to 10% sitting. Each individual will have their own workstation. PPE includes a smock, safety glasses, ESG wristbands, and impact-resistant shoes.
