**Job Title: Test Technician**
**Job Description**
The Quality & Testing Technician’s primary responsibility is to support production during and after Final Assembly Operations. The technician will interact with team members and leadership while testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and inspecting products. The technician will operate all makes and models of technology products to diagnose and repair deficiencies. Additionally, the technician will assist production in meeting monthly goals by working with final assembly team members to meet delivery commitments. Proper preparation of both written and electronic documentation pertaining to the quality and operations of product models for inspection is required. The technician must be able to work both independently with limited supervision and in a team environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Test, troubleshoot, debug, and inspect all product models during and after the assembly process.
+ Assist the production team in troubleshooting, debugging, and finishing units on time.
+ Identify deficiencies in the operations of all models of products.
+ Identify materials, parts, and supplies needed to complete repairs safely and efficiently. Must be able to drive and operate trucks of all models.
+ Assist management with Quality Control Processes and Quality KPI management.
+ Follow prints, schematics, technical manuals, and both written and spoken instructions.
+ Use electrical and mechanical aptitude to help bridge gaps in existing documentation and work instructions.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Previous experience in large trucks/heavy machinery service and repair setting is strongly preferred.
+ Relevant Experience: 5-10 Years

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
