Job Title: Test Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics efficiently, calibrate test instruments, and interpret documents such as test standards, inspection, and test procedures. You will be responsible for analyzing test results on defective units, documenting findings, and creating reports on non-conforming products.

ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.Calibrate test instruments and interpret documents such as test standards, inspection, and test procedures.Analyze test results on defective units, document findings, and create reports on non-conforming products.Test functional performance of circuit breakers using electrical and mechanical functions, high voltage testing, and visual and dimensional inspections.Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform electrical testing.Confer with engineers, technicians, and production to resolve testing problems.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and schematics.Experience with calibrating test instruments and interpreting test standards and procedures.Ability to analyze test results and document findings.Experience with electrical troubleshooting and testing.Knowledge of schematic, blueprint, electrical wiring, and electrical assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in testing functional performance of circuit breakers using electrical and mechanical functions.Experience with high voltage testing and visual and dimensional inspections.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is within a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled. The available shifts are: 1st shift (6am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm), and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). There is a $2 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Candidates will train on daylight until the end of the year.

This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $63440.00
