**Job Summary:** We are seeking an Associate Test Technician to perform testing and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical chassis and systems, ensuring quality and functionality. **Key Responsibilities:** + Read and interpret assembly and test instructions, engineering prints, and schematics + Inspect and test harnesses for defects + Troubleshoot components using diagnostic tools + Test electronic units per prescribed procedures + Report issues with assemblies, equipment, or materials to management + Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with PPE procedures + Complete production and quality documentation + Contribute to team efforts and rotate through tasks as needed **Qualifications:** + Experience in testing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems + Strong ability to read and interpret engineering documents and schematics + Ability to work with diagnostic tools and test electronic units + High School Diploma or equivalent **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
