Job Title: Test TechnicianJob Description We are seeking a Test Technician to support final testing, shipping, and receiving of our product line. This critical role ensures the highest quality standards are met before products are shipped to customers. Responsibilities + Support the Test and Ship Manager. + Conduct final testing on equipment before shipping to customers, ensuring all specifications and procedures are met. + Pack and ship products to carriers, adhering to international export control rules. + Handle shipping of regulated items, such as lithium batteries, requiring special steps and paperwork. + Receive products from customers for repair and maintenance. + Perform preliminary testing and diagnosis of incoming products. + Assemble battery packs. Essential Skills + High School Diploma. + 0-3 years of experience as an electrical or assembly technician. + Troubleshooting and testing experience. + Assembly experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Detail-oriented. + Comfortable wearing multiple hats. Work Environment In this position, you will support a small team of 15 employees, wearing multiple hats to ensure the quality of our products. The role is crucial as it is the last step in the quality process before products are shipped to customers. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
