Hiring Test Technicians for a leading innovator in high quality custom ice protection and temperature control systems in the aerospace, industrial and transit industries.

Location:

Required to work in our Plainview, NY location 5 days a week.Shuttles provided from LIRR to Warehouse

First Shift: 40-hours/week

Start time: 7:00am-9:00am 8-hour shifts for 5 days a week OR4-day work week10-hour shifts

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with mechanical or electrical assembly Experience with soldering, wiring Knowledge of electrical circuits with ability to reading and interpret schematics.Knowledge of reading electrical or mechanical blueprints

PAY: $20-$22 AN HOUR

Key Responsibilities:

Test prototypes, devices, and other products using standard lab equipment and processes under the guidance of engineers.Maintain records of preliminary schematics and document test results.Perform operational tests and fault isolation on product assemblies and hardware.Conduct audits and tests of products in development, debug and characterize defects, and provide detailed reports.Assist product development engineers in diagnosing and replicating product failures, and analyze test results to make recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
