Job Description

Build, test, and analyze electro/mechanical devices to meet RF and electrical specifications. Perform VSWR, insertion loss, impedance, and other testing for small electrical components. Maintain quality assurance records and documentation changes. Verify conformance of finished work to meet customer needs according to planning and work order instructions and specifications. Able to train other technicians.

Team size consists of 6 people in assembly, 2 mechanical assemblers, and 1 sustaining engineer. The position is 100% on-site in an assembly environment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with 1-2 hours of overtime a day during busy times and occasional 3-4 hours on Saturdays depending on workload. The team will be notified by Thursday if Saturdays are needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
