Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant (12 Months)
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour

What You’ll Do Assemble, disassemble, rework, and test various aircraft components and systems. Conduct engineering development and qualification tests. Perform functional testing following pre-established procedures. Monitor tests, record data, and maintain test equipment. Analyze test results to verify compliance with engineering specifications. Operate hand tools, electronic/manual test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices. Load and unload electronic equipment in test beds. Utilize SAP and follow detailed work instructions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (ACE). Support audits, safety programs, and waste minimization efforts. Interface with other functional teams to resolve business-related challenges. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: Experience with test stands, vibratory tables, and thermal chambers. Strong troubleshooting skills with electronic components. Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and test procedures. Familiarity with SAP and other computer-based tools. Understanding of safety and quality systems in an aerospace environment. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.     Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in electrical assembly testing. Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
