You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of aircraft components through hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and quality verification. **Location:** Phoenix, AZ 85034 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday | 2nd Shift **Job Type:** Full-Time | Consultant (12 Months) **Pay Rate:** $28.00 per hour **What You’ll Do** + Assemble, disassemble, rework, and test various aircraft components and systems. + Conduct engineering development and qualification tests. + Perform functional testing following pre-established procedures. + Monitor tests, record data, and maintain test equipment. + Analyze test results to verify compliance with engineering specifications. + Operate hand tools, electronic/manual test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices. + Load and unload electronic equipment in test beds. + Utilize SAP and follow detailed work instructions. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (ACE). + Support audits, safety programs, and waste minimization efforts. + Interface with other functional teams to resolve business-related challenges. **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** + Experience with test stands, vibratory tables, and thermal chambers. + Strong troubleshooting skills with electronic components. + Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and test procedures. + Familiarity with SAP and other computer-based tools. + Understanding of safety and quality systems in an aerospace environment. + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
