Position Title: Test Technician I - Special Testing Status: Full Time Summary of the Job: The primary responsibilities of Testing Technician I are assisting Test Engineers in setting up hydrostatic pressure and load tests. Technician I should also have a basic understanding of the equipment used for testing and the ability to follow test procedures. Duties and responsibilities + Assist with project setup and performing tests + Perform maintenance of the lab equipment + Ability to travel to job sites and work varying shifts + Update chemical and equipment inventories + Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education/Experience: + High School or AA in Science + 0-2 years’ experience in a material testing laboratory environment Necessary Skills: + Basic problem-solving skills + Basic assembly skills + Good organizational skills + Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), maintain Lab ISO and process Safety procedures.
