Job Description

The Test Technician III is responsible for bench testing electronics and power supplies in a high-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with firmware installation, calibration, and troubleshooting using basic electronic equipment.

ResponsibilitiesBench build and test electronics and power supplies (110-220 volts).Troubleshoot using desktop laptops, digital multimeters, and oscilloscopes.Assist in writing Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and test plans.Install firmware and perform calibration tasks.Handle high-volume production testing with 100-200 versions of the same product.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience within an electronics manufacturing environment.Familiarity with production line testing.Strong understanding of basic electronic equipment and troubleshooting.Experience in writing test plans and procedures is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.Work Environment

The Test Technician III will be working in a team of 5 technicians in a facility with 140 people onsite in Costa Mesa. This position requires 100% onsite presence with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role may involve some overtime when busy (1-2 hours/day). The team includes two high-level technicians but no leads.
