Element is currently seeking a Full-Time, Long-Term 1st shift Test  Technician Supervisor for a facility located in Kokomo, Indiana (46901).

The Test Technician will be responsible for the setup and performing crash test on “Test Dummies”.

 

Pay rate: $25-$28/hr

Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule testing proceduresManage and monitor test techniciansProvide guidance and support to service techniciansEnsure quality checks upon test completionAddress customer inquiries and concerns promptlyMaintain accurate records of test resultsOversee inventory management or parts equipmentConduct Weekly Team meetings every to discuss the upcoming test schedulesMonitor scheduled days off, sick days or any other personal time for test team Skills / Qualifications Understanding of testing procedures and protocolsStrong knowledge computer skills using Microsoft Excel and Outlook/EmailAccurate data entry/recording skillsExperience in automotive crash/seat testingExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to lead a team effectivelyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills Company Overview
