To ensure all products are tested, passed, and identified by stamping of the products. When products do not meet the test procedure requirements, it’s the tester’s job to reject, repair, and record the problem.
This is a 1st Shift position, located in Searcy, Arkansas.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Inspect and test complicated valve systems to ensure product meet precise and reliable performance standards. Determine whether a product meets quality standards and reasons for rejects and malfunctions. Recommend methods of correcting such deviations. Apply prescribed inspection methods and standardized devices to inspect sub-assemblies, check tolerances, motion, and activity relationship, speeds, feeds, capabilities and other mechanical requirements pertinent to product design. Perform layout and machine shop inspection on to ensure all products meet dimensional tolerance and finish requirements. Apply prescribed inspection methods and standardized testing devices to energize and test electrical/electronic units, sub-assemblies and final assemblies to determine performance quality and operational reliability as to circuitry, capacities, calibrations, operations of sensor, switches, timing and signal devices, control modules, etc.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, dept perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Background & SkillsBasic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution Six (6) months experience in a manufacturing environment Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be local to Searcy, Arkansas (within 50 miles of the facility)Position Criteria:
Must be able to work from detailed assembly drawings and specifications. Use precision measuring instruments, testing devices and equipment to check parts, unit, fits and operating requirements. Use hand and bench power tools, torsion wrenches, forming jigs and assembly fixtures. Ability to read blueprints and bill of materials.
