We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and troubleshooting static switches, UPSs, RPPs, and PDUs, along with experience in high power 600V-208V 3-phase applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. **Main Accountabilities:** + Proficiently test various types of Static Switches, UPSs, RPPs, and PDUs. + Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively communicating progress to the supervisor. + Troubleshoot both high and low power issues. + Demonstrate advanced proficiency in testing and troubleshooting electronics. + Collaborate with Quality, Process, and Engineering Departments to address issues. + Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with 6S principles. + Report any discrepancies in schematics, drawings, or documentation. + Work closely with production teams to resolve manufacturing issues. + Be available for weekend and overtime shifts as required. + Occasionally initiate tasks independently while receiving guidance from supervisors. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:** + Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience. + 3-5 years of experience in testing and troubleshooting electronics, specifically in 3-phase high power. + 2+ years of experience in a Test Lab and/or manufacturing environment preferred. + Strong understanding of electrical/electronic technology and the ability to read engineering documentation (blueprints, wire schematics, drawings, component specifications, ECNs). + Proficient in troubleshooting to the board level and in setting up and using electronic test equipment. + Capable of constructing and maintaining test equipment. + Experience using power meters and oscilloscopes. + Understanding of transformer voltage, current, and power calculations. + High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. + Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. + Proficient in harness and wiring. **Why Join Us?** · Medical, dental, and vision plans · Paid Holidays · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Referral Bonuses · Weekly Pay **Adecco is an equal opportunity employer.
