Job Title: Salesforce Automation Tester

Experience Range: 4-6 years

Must-Have Skills:

Salesforce Testing: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) testing and CRM application testing Automation Testing (Mandatory): Experience with Selenium and any other automation tools for CRM applications API Testing (Mandatory): Strong experience in REST API testing UI/Front-End Testing: Experience testing on different browser configurations Defect Management & Testing Methodologies: Expertise in test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA and defect tracking tools like JIRA/HP ALM Integration Testing: Experience testing integrations between Salesforce and external systems like SAP, MDM, and other enterprise applications Database Knowledge: Ability to write SQL queries for data validation

Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of any automation tool used for CRM testing Quality Certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) Experience working with engineering and release management teams for testing sign-offs Understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) standards Experience troubleshooting and collaborating with development teams on production issues

Responsibilities:

Review requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases Execute functional, integration, and system testing for Salesforce applications and integrations with SAP, MDM, etc. Perform UI testing across different browsers and configurations Work with Business Analysts, Developers, and Release Management teams for test planning and execution Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium Validate REST API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications Report and track defects using JIRA/HP ALM Troubleshoot and support the engineering team in production issue resolution
