As a Testing Associate II within the Cross Product Change Services team, you will be a key player in our transformational journey. You will be responsible for providing Senior Business Testing Analysis for the Asset Services POTL, supporting a number of strategic programs. Your role will involve end-to-end processing and functional knowledge of both MANDATORY and VOLUNTARY Corporate Actions. You will also be expected to have a good working knowledge of the BaNCS application. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups, and to contribute to the acceleration and synergy of testing processes for assigned projects.
Job Responsibilities
Provide accurate testing estimates during daily scrum calls. Document and execute test scenarios by identifying specific scenarios and writing test scripts using Business Driven Development. Utilize test automation tools to enable efficient and timely end-to-end test execution, requiring previous experience in automated testing. Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups. Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects and share the information with other team members for validation prior to implementation. Take responsibility for monitoring and reporting testing defects and managing the re-testing process. Deputize for the Test Manager as necessary in project calls and communications with relevant colleagues. Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Demonstrate relevant functional and regression testing experience within the Asset Services domain. You must have 8+ years of experience You must hold at least a bachelor's degree or above Define requirements, document user stories, and create test scripts through to test execution. Solve problems by scoping and structuring complex issues, rapidly learning unfamiliar processes, and providing timely remediation. Prevent errors and highlight redundancies/opportunities with excellent attention to detail. Use effective systemic data-driven reporting to support program reporting. Communicate clearly with team members, colleagues, senior leads, executives, and clients. Handle multiple projects and manage personnel and teams to meet stakeholder expectations. Build and nurture effective relationships with colleagues, team members, and stakeholders across multiple business lines and global locations. Adapt to change and support effective change management within a dynamic environment.
