Testing Center - Employee Readiness Vice President

Step into the role of Vice President in the Business Management Office's Employee Readiness team and help lead the charge in shaping strategic and operational solutions for a global testing organization. You'll develop, enhance and align employee readiness programs with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring innovative and scalable solutions. As a Vice President within the Business Management Office Employee Readiness team, you would be responsible to define and implement strategic and operational solutions related to organizational support in a global and dynamic testing organization; ensuring alignment of employee readiness programs with the organizations strategic goals. This role involves the assessment of policies, procedures and practices to identify process enhancement opportunities and ensure innovative and scalable solutions are developed and adhere to requirements and timelines. This role is involved with Internal Quality Review, Process & Program Oversight, Technical Assessment and Solutions, among other employee-focused initiatives and will include interaction and collaboration with Senior and Executive Leadership across the Firm.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive programs and strategies in support of employee readiness.
+ Create and execute centrally managed, structured, and repeatable programs and processes to maximize timely and effective governance and execution.
+ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Communications, Compliance, and Legal, to thoroughly analyze information and develop innovative solutions.
+ Apply executive-level problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges related to employee readiness.
+ Generate and leverage executive insights to prepare and deliver management reports and presentations on strategic planning, activities, trends, and outcomes to leadership teams.
+ Oversee the monitoring and tracking of processes and initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and updated.
+ Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and related impacts, and work with stakeholders to define and implement effective and efficient solutions.
+ Exhibit thought leadership and promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
+ Build and sustain strong relationships with peers and key stakeholders.
**Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:**
+ Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks, while delivering results in a timely and cost-effective manner
+ Ability to logically challenge status quo and demonstrate a mind-set always seeking ways to enhance processes that improve the stakeholder experience
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented with extensive experience in operations, quality review, analytics, process development, oversight and other employee readiness initiatives
+ Ability to define and influence the outcome of large and small scale initiatives
+ Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and formulate appropriate conclusions; understanding root cause / identifying deficiencies and recommend solutions
+ Ability to make subjective and informed decisions based upon data, influence stakeholders and justify decision making
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
+ Adapt to changing priorities, work with tight deadlines
+ Strong technical skills and business acumen related to data management
