Job Summary/Basic FunctionThe testing coordinator is an 80% (30 hr. per week) position that will report to the Director of the MTSU testing center and serve as a primary resource for faculty and students with test proctoring. The position will coordinate the implementation and administration of exams given through the testing center and handle all testing communication with faculty and staff while assisting students unable to attend their scheduled distance learning exams. The position will coordinate and schedule off campus testing needs with external proctors for students who live distant from campus; maintain the testing center website with testing schedules and deadlines; coordinate delivery of completed exams to instructors and maintains records of test verification forms. May provide assistance to other areas of department and occasional weekend and evening hours are required.
Required EducationHigh School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related ExperienceTwo years progressive experience in a customer service, clerical or testing center experience required.
Desirable Related ExperiencePrior experience in a testing center or educational setting preferred
