We are seeking an Analytics Consultant to assist and eventually lead the design, configuration, and implementation of text, speech, and social analytics models globally, supporting our customers' program goals and business objectives.
As an Analytics Consultant with Forsta, you will:
Utilize Forsta Genius® and other tools to query unstructured data, design and implement categorization models, apply sentiment engines, and develop reports that automate the analysis of unstructured data, enabling clients to deliver actionable insights.Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, CX Consulting, Program Management, and Product Management to support client acquisition and growth.Participate in client needs assessments, scoping, kick-off presentations, categorization framework work sessions, and client Analytics Check-ins.Contribute to the design and improvement of internal work processes across the analytics team.Conduct in-depth quality assurance testing and improvements for categorization alignment, coverage, precision, recall, and reporting. Perform sentiment auditing and tuning as needed.Provide pre- and post-implementation client consultation, including data file structures and formats, report insights and navigation training, and ongoing model maintenance.Offer Genius training to clients as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical or business-related subject, (e.g., marketing/market research, NLP/NLU/NLG unstructured data analytics, linguistics, computer science, statistics, or equivalent experience).Mastery of English language and grammar required.2+ years' experience with applied programming / Boolean expressions required.2+ years' experience in a similar role required.Experience with market research, customer/employee/patient experience is a plus.Experience across multiple industry verticals and business horizontals is a plus.-Technical Skills:
Working experience analyzing unstructured text via categorization/classification and sentiment application.Demonstrated linguistic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Ability to apply basic statistical concepts such as distributions, statistical significance, sampling, correlation, regression.Experience with GenAI/LLM prompt engineering is a plus.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.-Communication Skills:
Ability to clearly convey technical and analytical concepts to clients, vendors, and internal team members verbally, in live presentations and in writing.Demonstrate tact and diplomacy in internal and external interactions and possess foundational skills in the areas of negotiation and conflict resolution.Ability to work as part of a cross-functional global team with support and sensitivity for diverse cultures.Demonstrated initiative, collaboration, assistance, flexibility, and adjust personal style to cultivate productive relationships.Additional InformationDon’t meet every single requirement?
