GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Test Evaluation Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
Test Plans and Procedures : Developing, updating, and maintaining test plans and procedures to facilitate the test & evaluation of SONAR systems at shipyards, on maritime test vessels, submarines, aviation platforms, surface ship naval platforms, aboard ships during sea tests, at trainer sites, System Maintenance Facilities, and at Combat System Integration Sites (CSIS). System Certification and Acceptance Testing: Performing system certification and acceptance testing, including factory acceptance testing, environmental qualification testing, in plant integration testing, performance verification and validation testing, and longevity testing to verify that the equipment being tested is in compliance with system requirements, engineering change instructions, and approved test plans & procedures. Development and Operational Testing: Developing pre-test plans to identify the resources, facilities, equipment, instrumentation, consumables, data collection, documentation, and personnel required to execute a test evolution (Air, Land, Dockside, or at-sea). The pre-test plan shall include all critical test events, schedules, risks, anticipated issues, and concerns. Performing development testing, operational testing, and data gathering, documenting the findings and results in a test report. Post Test Reconstruction and Analysis: Performing post-test reconstruction and analysis to assess system performance compared with test objectives and system technical requirements. The reconstruction and analysis report shall include reconstruction details, plots, exercise tracks, environmental data, operational employment issues, and system performance.Position Requirements:
