A Technical Help Desk (THD) Digital Services Specialist is a recognized expert of multiple KONE digital solutions in terms of process, development and overall support. Serves as the primary support person and subject matter expert for assigned digital offerings. Responsible to develop competencies of the digital services in their own frontline in collaboration with other functions such as Sales, Engineering, Learning & Development as well as our end user customers and technicians.

Job Duties 
 

As our THD Digital Specialist, you will successfully analyze, problem-solve and collaborate to ensure that objectives are completed by performing the required duties while working with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results. 

 

You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful IT Support or related technical field to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or relevant field.  

 

Hiring requirements 

5+ years of experience in IT Support or related technical field working with and supporting digital solutions and services 

Proficient with Windows and Linux OS 

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or relevant field 

Willing to travel with occasional overnight stay 

Flexibility of working hours 

Proven customer service mindset 

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines 

Creativity in both problem-solving skills and in graphic/visual literacy 

Working understanding of IT trends and emerging technologies  

Demonstrated expertise in online learning solutions and digital learning methods (e.g. mobile learning, gamification, AR/VR, MOOCs), and ability to implement within an organization  

Proficiency in the use of MS tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Planner, PowerPoint, Excel  

Works independently, takes initiative, drives projects to completion with limited instruction, and ability to support and coach colleagues as needed.  

Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural skills to collaborate with all levels

Annual Base Pay Range: 

In a single location: 

The hiring range for this role is $115,000 – $159,000.  The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.  

 
Variable Compensation 

KONE Annual Bonus plan based on achievement of company goals and individual goals or KONE Sales Incentive based on achievements of sales targets.
