Key Job FunctionsGreet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.Prepare food and beverages for service to hotel guests and present food according to established health and presentation standards.Clear and clean tables promptly and efficiently. Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary.Perform side work and any other opening or closing duties as required. Ensure that wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout the shift.Wash dishes, as needed.May receive guest payments and process transactions as outlined in the cash and charge procedures, as needed. May assist with other duties as assigned.Alert Outlet Management of any service and/or safety issues. Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines to ensure total guest satisfaction.Deliver Passionate & Engaging Service to our GuestsYou will be passionate and truly engaged in taking care of our guests, recognizing individual guests, and anticipating their unique needs to exceed their expectationsYou will consistently deliver our GUEST model:Greet or welcome everyone, warmly with a smileUse eye and ear contact and the guest’s nameEstablish/anticipate needsSolve and own all requests/complaintsThank everyoneBuild a solid relationship with your Colleagues Treat colleagues with respect and dignityOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned. 1-2 years of restaurant serving experience or comparable experienceTrack record of delivering exceptional guest or client experienceCommunication skills are utilized a significant amount of time for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.Strong communication skillsAppropriate professional appearance and demeanorMay be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.Additional Job Information/Anticipated
Pay Range
Pay Range $6.15- $7.15/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and job-specific experience/overall experience.
