Responsibilities
As part of our management team your role is to oversee the service of great food and perfect pints in a traditional pub environment with a friendly staff, and season the mix with a healthy measure of cool live music. You’ll assist with maintaining quality restaurant operations while ensuring “WOW” satisfaction to our guests and fellow employees and participate in taking financial ownership for the restaurant through increasing sales, and implementing short and long term business plans.
Craft and Imported Beer knowledge will be a very big advantage. Enthusiasm, Motivation and positive attitude is a must!

Proven ability to lead others and thrive in a fast paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
Extraordinary customer service orientation with the ability and desire to engage guests. Proactive and systematic problem solver with the ability to formulate effective solutions and take decisive actions. Collaborative leader with strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver results. Working knowledge of fundamental accounting and business principles with the ability to perform basic math calculations including P & L analysis. Robust knowledge of Italian wines and growing regions with the ability to describe taste and aroma and make pairing recommendations. Skilled in food preparation and cooking methods including proper utilization of cooking equipment, utensils and tools. 3+ year’s previous full-service, high volume General Management experience. Communicate clearly in English – both verbal and written Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
