Theatrical Marketing Operations Coordinator (Brazil)
We are looking for a **Marketing Operations Coordinator** to join the **Paramount Pictures** team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Main responsibilities: + Request, produce, and deliver AV materials, coordinating approvals and assets with agencies and Head Office. + Manage social media content, influencer contracts, and digital translations. + Support publicity efforts (clips, featurettes, trailer launches). + Assist with finance processes (vendor setup, billing control, budget reconciliation). + Maintain organized marketing materials and key market assets for team access. + Produce special AV materials upon request (greetings, Flix Media, vignettes, etc.). + Coordinate the marketing work flow among the marketing disciplines. Requirements: We are looking for dynamic multitaskers with experience in fast-paced jobs, preferably within the entertainment industry. 2+ years of experience in marketing and understanding of the creative production process is a must. An advanced level of English is required, and Spanish proficiency is a plus. We seek candidates with excellent time management abilities, proactivity, communication skills, and strong organizational skills. An advanced level of Excel and Office Suite is required, and we value SAP and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
