TheKey Concierge Nursing (formerly Expicare) is seeking Per Diem RNs who are available for a variety of shifts up to 16 hours working one-on-one with patients in a home setting or 8-hour shifts in a facility. Days and nights are available. We will work with your schedule.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client in their homeHelp execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted under a client's plan of care that can be safely provided in the home, within your scope of practiceCounsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needsMeet all documentation requirements according to agency policy and proecedureCoordinate services by participating in case conferences, case management, team meetings, and staff meetings as indicatedAdministrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior QualificationsRequired Skills, Education and Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) requiredBLS Certification preferredEmpathy, compassion and kindness a MUSTAbility to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situationsMust be reliable, dependable and on timeBasic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.What We Are All About:
