SUMMARY: The Therap and Behavioral Services Coordinator serves as a member of the Quality Improvement team. They will oversee the quality and day to day operation, oversight, and monitoring of the electronic record system, Therap. In addition, this position supports the BSP clinician regarding behavioral services as needed, as well as supporting the implementation of new modules, billing, quality checks, etc.
REPORTS TO: Incident and Quality Improvement Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
This position has an annual salary range of $50,000 - $55,000. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Serve as a member of the Quality Improvement team
+ Serve as the Therap administrator for Community Support Services (CSS). Responsible for oversight of Therap to ensure current and accurate CSS program information to support the administration of the software (staff, program, location, service, person supported, level of access, intake/enrollment & discharge).
+ Create new user accounts, programs and sites
+ Provide quality checks of various Therap modules and/or ISP programs and generate reports as needed
+ Support the implementation of new Therap modules or ISP programs
+ Serve as a liaison with Therap support to identify webinars and training modules that address training needs
+ Provide training/refresher on Therap programs or modules to all employees
+ Provides an overview of how to navigate and document in Therap by facilitating new hire orientation (progress notes; ISP goals; GERs; Behavioral data; etc)
+ Construct and ensure development of Therap protocols to support implementation and maintenance of Therap updates
+ Provide support for the Therap billing process for timely completion of notes, monitoring of back billing, and accurate attendance
+ Provide support, trouble shoot, or problem solve, as it relates to Therap for CSS
+ Collaborate, coordinate, and problem solve Waiver Authorizations with Finance and the CSS program
+ Work collaboratively with the NCC Behavioral Support Clinician and or consultants to ensure that our behavior management documents are timely, accurate, and available
+ Support compliance and quality checks of the behavioral processes to include monitoring and tracking BSP dates and timely completion of quarterlies
+ For BSP compliance, ensure MCIS requirements are met by uploading the BSP and supporting documents, to support the approval of NCC BSPs timely
+ Gather and provide behavioral data from Therap to support the clinicians and psychiatric med reviews
+ Will become a LRA Level One Investigator (upon completion, will conduct internal investigations)
+ Participate in meetings and committees, as assigned
+ Performs other duties as assigned

+ Full vaccination for Covid-19 is required prior to the first day of employment
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Public Health, Health Care Administration or a related field. Equivalent related work experience may be substituted for a degree.
+ A minimum of two (2) years working with the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) population and/or Human Services
+ Basic knowledge of and experience using the Therap system
+ Required to obtain Labor Relations Alternatives Level One Investigator certification within 12 months of hire
