Responsibilities

What Will I Be Doing?

Pinnacle Family Services is looking for a Full-time Therapeutic Behavioral Aide who will be required to provide direct care services, supervise consumers to provide therapeutic activities during crisis or disruption, and provide behavioral redirection, and training.

 

Am I A Good Fit?

A Therapeutic Behavioral Aide should have experience working with children and youth in a variety of settings, such as schools, residential treatment centers, or foster care. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas.  To determine if you are a good fit for this position, you should consider the following factors:

Strong background in behavior analysisKnowledge of trauma-informed careAbility to work independentlyCultural competence Qualifications

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required  Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families requiredChild Mental Health Qualified Professional preferredAccess to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license) required
