Youth served in Foundations typically have abandonment, family, emotional, and behavioral issues, as well as educational and community-related concerns. Responsibilities

The Therapuetic Foster Care Social Worker will:

Provides comprehensive family based foster care and adoption child case management services and comprehensive family case management services to assigned cases.  Complies with all deadlines for reports. Participates in Family Treatment Team Meetings and other required meetings on the case. Attends court hearings on assigned cases as required.Provides emergency back-up services after working hours when needed. Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Master's Degree preferred.Minimum of LBSW or LGSW Two or more years' direct clinical services experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults and families.
