The Clinician is responsible for overall delivery and implementation of each individual Client Treatment Plan. Attends Child and Family Team meetings and treatment team meetings. Completes assessments, Client Treatment Plan and reports as required by county and state requirements.

What you’ll do:

Provides individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs. Develops and oversees the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis. Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team. Develops expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness and change model, and motivational interviewing. Documents and assesses the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan. Documents all therapy and contacts with clients and other service providers.

To be considered, you should:

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Depending on program location, employee must possess the education and current specific licensure required per licensing.  Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable One year of prior experience working in a residential/school setting with at-risk students, their families and the Juvenile Justice System.  Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.  Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
