Responsibilities Center for Change is looking for a Full-time Therapist. About Center for Change Center for Change is seeking a full-time Eating Disorder Therapist (PhD, LMFT, LCSW, CMHC) to collaborate with the Center's multidisciplinary treatment team in providing therapy to day/outpatients in our PHP/IOP program at the Center's Cottonwood Heights, UT location.
