Position Purpose:

The Child Crisis Residential (CIRCA) Therapist will provide individual and family therapeutic interventions, treatment and discharge planning as well as case management services to child/adolescent consumers (6-13 years old) and their families in a CIRCA setting.

What you will do: 

Provide psychotherapy services to groups of individuals.Formulate individual Integrated Service Plans (ISPs) that address behavioral health treatment issues.Complete ISP reviews and discharge/transfer summariesInitiate and coordinate intra and inter agency referrals for other services indicates buy the consumer ISP or needs assessmentIdentify and manage clinical resistance, focusing on the art of engagement and trauma informed careOffer weekly family sessions to consumers/familiesSupport milieu in terms of crisis management, leading/documenting group therapies

Minimum Qualifications: 

Master’s Degree in Social/Human Services field and 3 years of direct care experienceValid Driver’s license and ability to operate an organization vehiclePre-employment drug screen, physical and tb, Act 33/34/73 clearances

Schedule: This is a full-time non-exempt position (37.5 hours/week)

Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pmOn call rotation (once every 4 weeks. $50/day)
