StepStone connects children and youth who need homes with foster families, as well as foster care training, respite care and support services. For young adults transitioning from foster care to independent living, StepStone provides personalized guidance and training on basic life skills, including money management, life skills and education. Additional Job InformationOur position follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely at home or in the community as well as from the office, based on the demands of specific tasks. Working from the office is encouraged for tasks that require a high degree of collaboration. The population being at-risk youth, therapy sessions will primarily occur outside of school hours, unless otherwise indicated by the youth’s treatment plan.
Salary Range USD $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 / Year
