Job Overview:
We are currently hiring for someone to join our team as a Therapist. In this role, you will provide professional counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and other needs. You will assess, diagnose, and treat clients based on their unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients in diverse settings.Conduct intake screenings, comprehensive assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.Facilitate group counseling and education, as well as specialized services like trauma and co-occurring therapy.Document all client services in compliance with state, accreditation, and agency standards.Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings to ensure effective care.Address crisis situations promptly and provide emergency interventions when necessary.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.Provide training and guidance on evidence-based practices to peers as needed.Represent the agency professionally in community outreach efforts.

Education and Experience:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).Willingness to become licensed in additional states as required.Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients (training provided).
