Are you a mental health professional who feels a deep sense of fulfillment in helping others overcome challenges and achieve stability? Do you thrive in situations that require understanding, careful listening, and a steady commitment to long-term support? We invite you to bring your dedication and compassionate approach to our team as a Therapist in our Wraparound Services Program, where your work will directly contribute to the well-being of youth and families in need.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Therapist with our Wraparound Services Program, you will provide essential support to youth and families navigating significant challenges, referred through Child Welfare, Juvenile Probation, or County Behavioral Health departments. This role calls for a thoughtful, steady approach, where you will deliver culturally responsive, strengths-based therapy and lead a collaborative planning process to create a strong, lasting support network for youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement or transitioning from a higher level of care. You will work closely with families, schools, extended family members, mentors, and other community partners, ensuring that each family feels heard, supported, and empowered to achieve lasting stability and success.

ABOUT PROGRAM

Seneca offers "Wraparound" services to children and youth susceptible of placement, and to their families. The Wraparound programs are strengths-based, family-driven, flexible, and creative, with the goal of helping the family develop the skills and supports to prevent or reduce the possibility of out-of-home placement of their child. A family-based team addresses the needs of the entire family, not just the child of focus. This family-based team consists of family members, Seneca's Therapists, Support Counselors, Family Partners, Facilitators and other community members who have an important role in the family.
