Summary Provides general leadership, management, and oversight of free standing rehabilitation clinic operations. Assures appropriate staffing levels and provides supervision of clinical students and support staff including other therapists, assistants, and volunteers. Accountable for program development, fiscal management, revenue production, and customer service in clinic operations. Provides patient care through evaluation, plan development, and delivery of therapeutic interventions to restore functional abilities. Communicates findings and progress according to professional licensure/certification, scope of practice, and departmental policy and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Reassesses patient?s functional status. + Provides discharge planning information which includes patient/family education, follow-up, and referral to community resources. + Contributes to the development of staff and students. + Completes assigned goals.
