Job Summary: As the Treatment for Individuals Experiencing Homelessness (TIEH) therapist, you will provide clinical services, including therapy and crisis intervention/crisis planning to the identified unserved members of the community (individuals aged 18 and older, including aging-out youth and families with serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbances, and/or co-occurring disorder). What You Will Do: + Conduct comprehensive assessments for caseload assigned. + Provide individual, family and group counseling.? + Manage assigned caseload and document interventions in a timely and accurate manner. + Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical interventions. + Collaborate with treatment team and recovery support personnel to ensure care is coordinated.? + Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.? + Offer education to clients and their families regarding diagnosis, medications, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. What We Need to See: + Master's Degree in social work or related field?with applicable license to provide clinical services (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW) + Minimum of three years of experience providing clinical services to the homeless population and /or with high need individuals with SMI/COD/SUD(internship count toward years of experience) + Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required + A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance?.
