Therapy Manager, Behavioral Health
As the Therapy Manager, Behavioral Health, you will lead the practice management of Psychologists and Master Level Therapists within the Behavioral Health practice. Reporting to the Behavioral Health Clinical Director, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of your team, manage hiring and interviewing processes, drive clear communication, and lead performance management efforts.

You will need to be curious, independent, and confident in navigating ambiguity, with strong analytical skills to manage complex situations effectively. Your ability to motivate, guide, and support a large team of therapy clinicians will be key to success.
Collaboration is essential—you will work closely with a multidisciplinary leadership team and colleagues across functions to ensure smooth, cross-functional cooperation. Your ability to solve problems, take initiative, and lead with confidence will be critical in this dynamic role.Responsibilities: Review clinical documentation for accuracy, sound clinical judgment, and adherence to evidence-based protocols and workflows.Review quality metric dashboards, identify trends or issues and address them with individual clinicians to drive improvementRecommend and develop individual performance improvement plans when neededManage clinician escalations, quality concerns, and contract compliance issues as they arise Assist with clinician communications, practice announcements and updatesMaintain availability for scheduled or drop-in office hours to support clinician needs and inquiriesActively participate in team meetings and leadership activities for the Behavioral Health Team.Interview, onboard, mentor and train Behavioral Health therapy clinicians to ensure high quality practice standardsParticipate in external facing activities such as webinars or conferences when requiredDedicate approximately 16 hours per month to providing clinical care of patients on the platform; demonstrating exemplary professionalism and clinical quality including timely charting and documentation.Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Qualifications:At least three years of clinical post independent licensure experience as a Masters Level Therapist or Psychologist.Minimum two years experience with healthcare people management, 5+ years preferredLicensed provider in good standing with your state board(s)Active and unrestricted license in Home StateConsistent demonstration of high quality and strong performanceProven ability to effectively communicate with patients, clinicians, colleagues and leadership and develop strong relationships across all levels.
Additional Information40 hours per week90% administrative and 10% clinical No more than 4 hours of clinical work per week 9am-5pm your local time $105,310 - $128,340 a yearThe United States base salary range for this full-time position is $105.310 to $128340+ equity + benefits.  
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data.
