Therapy Operations Supervisor - Twin Cities Orthopedics

The Therapy Operations Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Therapy Front Office, and/or PSR teams/OT Coordinators.

This is a full-time position supporting our Edina MN Drive location. Schedule will be based on clinic needs.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions: Oversee, monitor, supervise and engage in the daily operations of the Therapy PSR department and OT Coordinator team (as applicable) ensuring excellent patient service and delivery of care. Partner with Therapy Operations Manager and Therapy Manager/Director to recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop employees. Work with HR to develop performance plans as needed. Anticipate the scheduling needs of the Therapy PSR department, perform the role of PSR when staffing needs require and send out a weekly schedule to all staff. Engage employees by conducting frequent, timely, and appropriate communications with employees through meetings and one-on-one sessions. Actively participate in meetings and other communications processes; share information timely, accurately and completely with others, as needed. Conduct yearly reviews and discuss compensation with staff. Complete all payroll processes as needed in UKG including time off requests, department transfers, compensation changes, etc. Resolve patient issues, complaints, and concerns in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and quality service. Supervise daily shift process ensuring all staff members adhere to standard operating procedures and are attentive and friendly to all patients and team members Build strong relationships and coordinate with all other departments such as clinical supervisors and coordinators. Grow Talent and develop staff to reach goals by identifying career advancement opportunities and guiding them toward their passion. Attend regularly scheduled staff meeting for the clinic and therapy department and provide summary of these meetings to staff who are unable to attend Maintain manager and staff schedules by planning, scheduling, and blocking time in PM system Manage supplies by analyzing inventory, ordering required items and replenishing items upon arrival Manage, schedule, and coordinate maintenance services and supplies for the clinic Create positive team culture by engaging and promoting Be The Difference Perform functions of the Therapy PSR Lead role (as applicable) Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year. Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and applicable experience preferred Preferred minimum of 1-year supervisory experience. Healthcare setting preferred. Working knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines

Benefits & Compensation: 

Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience. A $1,500 sign-on bonus will be offered for part-time and full-time positions, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment. Internal applicants are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
