Acute care experience required. This role requires demonstrating behaviors and attitudes aligned with the organization’s Mission Statement and Core Values. Key responsibilities include: + Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures + Supporting the efficient operation and financial performance of the therapy department + Building positive working relationships through teamwork + Demonstrating a strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellence to customer service + Leading staff orientation and ongoing training + Completing performance reviews, conducting check-ins, and managing disciplinary actions when necessary + Addressing clinical issues as they arise and assisting in conflict resolution + Participating in administrative meetings and serving on committees such as PT/OT/ST councils This role involves both administrative duties and direct patient care, with the expectation of spending 50% of time on patient care and maintaining a 50% productivity average annually. **Qualifications** + Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech required. + Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. + (For Speech: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required.) + Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required. + A minimum of five years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred. **Additional Data** _Select Medical is an equal opportunity employer committed to dealing with employees in a nondiscriminatory manner and based on job-related qualifications and abilities.
