Overview Vibra Travels is seeking an experienced Therapy Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our recruitment of top-tier travel therapy professionals! Position Summary: The ideal candidate will combine a strong foundation in therapy with a strategic, results-oriented approach to sourcing and attracting top talent for travel-based assignments. We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to foster trusted relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a streamlined and exemplary experience for all stakeholders throughout each assignment. Location: Located in Mechanicsburg, PA with a hybrid/In-office work schedule. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Therapist Recruitment Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for therapy-related roles within Vibra Travels, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other specialized therapy professionals. Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates within the therapy field. Screen and assess candidates for clinical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with Vibra Travels. Talent Pipeline Development Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified therapy professionals for current and future openings at Vibra Travels. Attend industry events, job fairs, and conferences to network with therapy professionals. Leverage social media, professional networks, and other platforms to engage passive candidates. Relationship Management Work closely with Vibra Travels' hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and desired skills for each position. Provide hiring managers with insights on candidate market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends within therapy fields. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and open communication throughout the hiring process. Recruitment Strategy & Analytics Analyze recruitment data to inform hiring strategies and improve Vibra Travels’ recruiting effectiveness. Track and report on key metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. Continuously seek ways to enhance the therapy recruiting process, staying updated on trends in talent acquisition and healthcare recruitment. Employer Branding Promote Vibra Travels as an employer of choice for therapy professionals. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job postings, career content, and employer branding materials tailored to attract therapy candidates. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Therapy, Healthcare Management, or a related field. · 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on healthcare or therapy recruiting. · Therapy background (e.g., licensed therapist, clinical experience, or relevant healthcare experience) strongly preferred. · Strong knowledge of therapy qualifications, certifications, and industry trends. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. · Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
