What you'll do:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Third-party BC/DR Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to comb through a variety of documents to ensure compliance with Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BC and DR principles and regulations, coupled with exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive reviews of documentation, including policies, procedures, test documentation, and plans, to assess compliance with BC and DR regulatory requirements.Identify gaps and discrepancies in existing documentation and escalate inadequacies to management for remediation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.Stay abreast of changes in BC and DR regulations and update internal processes accordingly.Prepare reports and presentations summarizing compliance findings and recommendations for management review.Participate in audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of BC and DR processes and controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the context of BC and DR.Strong knowledge of BC and DR regulatory frameworks, such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, and industry-specific regulations.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to practical scenarios.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Proven technical writing and communication skills with the ability to work independently and to collaborate with others.Professional certifications in BC and DR (e.g., CBCP, ABCP, or equivalent) are desirable but not required.

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $90,111.00 - $111,314.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
