Third-Party Manager

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Own the end-to-end third-party management process—ensuring smooth updates, seamless integrations, and quick resolution of any issues that may arise Lead the evaluation and selection process for new third-party software, ensuring thorough vetting process and alignment with product requirements and business needs. Manage strategic relationships with our key third-party software vendors, ensuring ongoing alignment with our needs and objectives. You’ll be the strategic point of contact, managing negotiations, updates, and integrations. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any issues related to third-party software, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance. Manage and maintain strong relationships with third-party software vendors, ensuring on-time delivery, high performance, and compliance with contractual agreements. Track software updates, patches, and new releases from third-party vendors, ensuring that they are implemented efficiently and without disruption.    Who You Are: You readily can propose future scenarios. You carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decision-making criteria and principles.  You partner with others to get work done.  
    For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science 9+ years of experience in third-party software management, project management, release management Proven success in managing third-party software vendors and releases in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Strong technical project management, communication and collaboration skills  Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, with a focus on quality and risk mitigation Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: In depth and extensive technical experience with Dell hardware, Microsoft Operating systems, Cloud platforms, open-source software and networking products. Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management. Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
