Responsibilities: * Execute Third-Party Risk Management Program * Manage daily operations of third-party compliance assessments * Collaborate with internal teams for timely responses * Coordinate Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) responses * Assess third-party risk profiles * Drive completion of risk assessments * Communicate effectively and work independently * Use Microsoft Office and Google Suites * Handle confidential information with discretion * Apply strategic thinking to meet objectives * Stay updated on risk management best practices Qualifications: * 2+ years in third-party risk management * Experience with Aravo and Coupa preferred * Strong Excel skills * Analytical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Impeccable customer service * Organizational skills with multitasking ability * Quick learner in various contexts * Availability for a distributed work environment Organization: Talent Solutions RPO Minimum Salary: $32/hr - Maximum Salary: $35/hr Incentive (if applicable): Not Incentive Eligible Benefits: ManpowerGroup offers a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Life insurance, and Disability for Staff and Consultants, as well as 401K.
