ResponsibilitiesPosition Purpose and Responsibilities
Position Purpose: The role is to support the Firm in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating risks that arise from outsourcing services/products to external third parties. The role contributes to protecting the Firm from potential operational, compliance, financial, reputational, legal, and cybersecurity, etc. risks that third parties could potentially exposure the organization to.
Responsibilities:
Assist with third party risk management program executionGather, review and process third party information and documentationAnalyze possible issues and report results to the senior team membersEnsure identified issues are properly documentedSupport business initiatives to review key third parties, as neededParticipate in managing third party and affiliates dataConduct third party risk assessments, due diligence or other internal deliverablesPerform adhoc analysis and project engagements, as needed QualificationsQualifications
Required:
Strong analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred:
Third party risk / vendor risk management risk experience is a plusExperience with third party/vendor risk management platformsEducation Requirements:
Bachelors DegreeWorking Environment:
Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remoteHiring Salary Range $50,000 - $75,000 Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
