Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Coordinator for one of our top clients in the Richmond, VA area. In this role you will develop monthly schedule (at least 8 to 12 assessments) for each calendar month. Track and report on status weekly. This includes coordination with supplier managers, suppliers, and 3rd party assessment providers to inform them of their tasks, their deadlines and hold them accountable to the deadlines with support from the Supplier Risk Manager. You will also perform data maintenance on supplier engagements in Archer as directed to include key stakeholder role changes; changing engagement status to active or inactive based on monthly (minimum) trigger reporting and confirmation of details; alignment reconciliations between Archer and other systems with related data fields. You will be assist Supplier Risk Management team with IT supplier management exception reporting from Archer. Gather and provide data for monthly (minimum) performance metrics reporting or dashboards.
